Winners of the Fundraising Awards for 2022!

We are delighted to announce the winners of our Fundraising Awards for 2022 for outstanding achievement for the benefit of HEART UK. 

Volunteer of the Year 2022 goes to Patsy Petie 

who has championed our cause to the highest levels in Scotland as a HEART UK Ambassador. Pictured here with Jules Payne, our CEO, during their visit with Amgen to Scottish Parliament to meet the Public Health Minister and 4 MSPs. 

Fundraiser of the Year 2022 goes to Laura Davis

who is a Clinical Nurse Specialist in familial hypercholesterolaemia at the Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals. Laura shared her personal story with our networks of healthcare professionals to raise awareness of FH before she ran the London Marathon raising £3,855 (120% over target). 

Charity Partnership 2022 goes to CP+R

which is a private service based in Harley Street offering life-changing cardiac rehabilitation.

  • Rachel Farmer, Sabine Hoadley, Elizabeth O'Callaghan and Robyn Bell in the Cardiac Coach Team for running the London Marathon in October raising an amazing £8,715 for HEART UK; 
  • James Porter, Head of Athlete Experience and Kevin McGovern, Experience Manager, for making sure our supporters get the best experience;
