What the offer includes

A 12-week cardiac prevention or rehabilitation programme with CP+R consists of: 

1. Two full clinical assessments at the outset and end of your rehabilitation or prevention programme at their clinic in Upper Wimpole Street near Marylebone. The assessments address the four vital health areas: heart, functional, metabolic and mental health. 
2. Direct 1-2-1 support through twice-weekly one hour virtual appointments for six weeks in the comfort of your own home. 
3. Appointments conducted according to your needs and safety requirements 
4. Twelve sessions of continued support and monitoring of your progression through our 4 Pillar model, including feedback, analysis and careful guidance.
5. A final report and clear advice to ensure you’re confident, comfortable and educated on what you need to do help yourself live longer, better.
